Adventure in a picturesque landscape
Cave tour in the Biela Valley
The Bielatal is famous for its high density of climbing rocks. On both sides of the valley, sandstone peaks rise up and you enter the valley on inconspicuous pathslabyrinthof woody rock towers.
Here, too, the erosion has deep shafts dug into the sandstone, large cavities have emerged from the main massif, which we will explore in detail.
Two of the most spectacular caves in Saxon Switzerland the Deep Cave and the Johannes Ruscher Cave*, are located in this area, which you will of course explore by rappeling down into the abyss!
Sturdy clothing, long pants and sturdy shoes (also in summer) are mandatory. The tour is suitable for sporty and adventurous children from the age of 10.
* Visiting the Johannes Ruscher Cave is only possible for experienced and absolutely not claustrophobic people and only in good weather conditions. Your guide will decide on the day of the tour whether this cave is included in the tour. But don't worry: there are plenty of exciting scrambles to do even without the JR cave!
