An inviting region, where the guest house ZUGSPITZE, run by Maria and Jakob, invites us to active relaxation: Their spaces offer the perfect retreat location for our seminar. Together, we will practice classic Hatha Yoga, which focuses on body alignment and will strengthen you both internally and externally.

You will learn breathing techniques (Pranayama) that can aid in cleansing and relaxation, practice meditation to promote your inner peace, take guided hikes (with snowshoes) in the surrounding area, and experience a very special workshop dedicated to the voice.

The rooms and apartments of ZUGSPITZE feature rooms that have been carefully designed to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there is an in-house café where you can enjoy regional products and lovingly prepared cuisine.
